Estudi\u00f3 en la Facultad de Bellas Artes de la UABJO, y ha perfeccionado su pr\u00e1ctica en talleres especializados, como el Diplomado en Grabado Menos T\u00f3xico del CaSa. Su trabajo, exhibido en M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Europa, explora temas como la vida, la muerte, la fauna y las tradiciones mexicanas. Jonathan tambi\u00e9n se ha dedicado a la ense\u00f1anza del grabado.
