Originaria de M\u00e9xico, desde los 17 a\u00f1os se ha dedicado al aprendizaje y elaboraci\u00f3n de artesan\u00edas en carrizo. Su formaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica comenz\u00f3 de manera autodidacta, impulsada por la curiosidad y el deseo de conocer a profundidad los procesos tradicionales. D\u00eda tras d\u00eda, acud\u00eda a casa de su t\u00edo para aprender las t\u00e9cnicas artesanales, hasta que, con el tiempo, fue desarrollando su propio estilo y mont\u00f3 su propio taller en casa. Desde hace ocho a\u00f1os, produce canastos y diversas piezas en carrizo, manteniendo viva una tradici\u00f3n profundamente enraizada en su comunidad.<br \/>\nEn octubre de 2024 imparti\u00f3 un taller en el Centro de las Artes de San Agust\u00edn (CaSa), compartiendo sus conocimientos con nuevas generaciones y promoviendo el valor del trabajo artesanal.
