Estudi\u00f3 pintura y tiene una licenciatura en arquitectura, posteriormente estudi\u00f3 fotograf\u00eda. Hace encargos de fotograf\u00eda de retrato, documental y editorial, enfoc\u00e1ndose en temas relacionados a la familia, grupos \u00e9tnicos, religi\u00f3n y feminidad; tambi\u00e9n hace producci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n local para periodistas, proyectos editoriales, canales de televisi\u00f3n y proyectos educativos y culturales. Desde el 2008 ha trabajado en talleres con David Alan Harvey, Raul Touzon, Maggie Steber, Ron Haviv, Adriana Zehbrauskas, Michael Robinson Chavez, Stella Johnson, Sean Kernan, Alex y Rebecca Norris Webb. Ha sido docente en el Centro Fotogr\u00e1fico con el Taller de largo aliento \u201cNuevas Visiones, Narrando Historias Visuales\u201d, en Teotitl\u00e1n del Valle desde el a\u00f1o 2013 y en Rancho Tejas, Sierra Mixe. Curs\u00f3 el \u201cSeminario de Fotograf\u00eda Contempor\u00e1nea\u201d en el a\u00f1o 2013, el \u201cFoundry Photojournalism Workshop\u201d en 2017 y recientemente en el 2019, el \u201cDiplomado de Fotograf\u00eda Documental\u201d en el CaSa. Ha participado en numerosas exposiciones nacionales e internacionales. En 2018 tuvo una exposici\u00f3n individual en el Austin College, Texas. Hacer retratos que reflejen estas caracter\u00edsticas nos conforman documentos que hablan por un lado del sujeto retratado, pero tambi\u00e9n del tiempo y espacio que estas personas han habitado, se convierten en un legado cultural, como parte del patrimonio cultural inmaterial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En el primer m\u00f3dulo los alumnos aprender\u00e1n herramientas b\u00e1sicas encaminadas a lograr aspectos t\u00e9cnicos y de conexi\u00f3n con el sujeto a retratar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es un taller intensivo de tres m\u00f3dulos que requiere compromiso para trabajar dentro y fuera del tiempo de aula.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div class='avia-data-table-wrap avia_responsive_table'><table class='avia-table avia-data-table avia-table-1  avia_pricing_default'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Table\" ><tbody><tr class='avia-heading-row'><th class=''>Temas a tratar:<\/th><\/tr><tr class=''><td class=''>1. Se har\u00e1n exploraciones a la comunidad de San Agustin Etla, y posteriormente el alumno elegir\u00e1 una comunidad que le signifique personalmente para elaborar un proyecto. Se har\u00e1n revisiones colectivas de las im\u00e1genes de cada alumno.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante que las diversas comunidades tengan documentos visuales que den fe de los procesos hist\u00f3ricos que viven; el alumno aprender\u00e1 a trabajar con las situaciones que se viven para narrarlas de una forma visual competente e impactante.<br \/>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr class=''><td class=''>Cronograma:<br
